Eligibility: Contest is open to all site visitors residing in the US. No employees of Ride or their family members are eligible to win. There may be only one winner per household.

Prizes: The winner will be notified via e-mail or phone. The winner will be posted in the news section on the site. If the product requested is not available for some reason, a prize of comparable value will be given. Ride will not accept requests for substitutions, nor will exchanges be allowed once a prize has been awarded.

How winners are notified: Ride will notify the winner within 7 days of being chosen. Winner must respond to notification within 30 days from the date of the drawing or else the prize will be forfeited.

Ride reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. Ride assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. Should the contest be terminated, notice will be posted on the web site.

Winners under the age of 18 must have their parents' and/or legal guardians consent to accept prizes. Winners, by acceptance of the prize, agree to release Ride, from any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to person and property, which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership and/or use of the prize. Ride disclaims any responsibility for liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the use of any prizes awarded.

Winners (or legal guardian) may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Consent to Use acceptance form and such other documentation required by Ride.
