Great use for the jacket. I saw it at the store and had to try it right away. Fell in love. Its stylish, and works the way it should. Kept me dry and warm. Sleeve is big enough to put over my gloves. Kept my head warm from the snow. Love my purchase, Best I ever spent.
Con: inside has no clear pocket to see the buttons on my ipod so that I can easily change the songs like with other jackets i've had. It also didn't have any loop holes on the inside so that my earbuds can slip thru it and it'll stay there instead of falling down when I unbutton my jacket or take them out of my ears. Lastly, the top outer pockets are buttons and NOT zipper. It would be better if it were zipper, then I wouldn't have to worry about anything falling out. All in all, its a great jacket. These are just my pet peeves that I tend to like in a jacket.

Hydrapel™ is an integral part of Ride’s fabric, meaning there is no concern about the coating separating from the fabric. The fabric’s waterproof portion features closed pores in the coating allowing no water or air to penetrate though, while the breathable portion allows moisture vapor to escape through its construction. Hydrapel™ has a waterproof/breathable rating of 3K/2K, 5K/5K and 10K/5K.
