Aki lives in Chiba, Japan, where he has begun a little family of his own. Aki has been a long standing legend in the Japanese snowboard community and has spent his years living the dream that professional snowboarding provides. From big Air events, sledding the Whistler B.C. backcountry and ruling all of what Japans tree filled backcountry can provide, Aki has seen it all and continues to push his skills to the most current of tricks.
