Returning Product Shipped Directly from RIDE Snowboards
All items have a 30-day money-back guarantee. Items must be in new/unused condition with original packaging and hangtags. To begin a return, please contact Customer Service and have your order number ready:

- Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- The refund will be for the full value of the returned items, unless otherwise noted.
- Credit for returned items will be applied to the credit method that was used to make the purchase. Returns will be applied to the purchasing credit card within 5 to 10 days of the date that the return is accepted by the fulfiller. They may take up to 10 days to appear on your credit card.
- If the return is due to defective products, damaged products, or mis-shipments, please contact Customer Service to initiate the return. In these cases, you may be compensated for the return shipping.
Returning Product Purchased on RIDE Snowboards but Shipped From a RIDE Snowboards Retail Fulfillment Partner (Local Shop)
RIDE Snowboards allows local shops to fulfill orders. If the product you want to return was purchased on our website, but shipped from a RIDE retail fulfillment partner, you must contact them to begin the refund.
